Return Policy
If you purchased your Unique Christmas Trees product through a retailer, such as Amazon, Wayfair, etc., please contact the retailer directly for their return policy, as we will not be able to assist with returns from other sellers.
For purchases made directly through Unique Christmas Trees, we have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item or prior to December 25th (whichever comes first) to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase or your order number when requesting a return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Trees: $50 per box.
- All other items: $25 per box.
Please note: Return shipping labels must be purchased through Unique Christmas Trees. Unfortunately, returns sent without our labels will not be refunded.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, call us at 416-737-0476, providing your order and item number, along with a credit card number for the return label fee.

Damages and Product Defects
For products purchased through a retailer, contact the retailer directly for assistance with damages or defects.
If you purchased directly from Unique Christmas Trees, inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at uniquechristmastrees@gmail.com immediately if the item is damaged or defective. Provide your order number, item number, and photos of the issue. You must report any damages or defects within 15 days of receiving the package, or by December 25th (whichever comes first).
Upon review, if we determine the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted after 15 days or after December 25th, whichever comes first. Final sale items or those purchased using a gift card are non-returnable.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Please return your item as per the above process and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds for Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Bank or credit card company it may take 3-7 business days to post the refund to your account.
